Dear Parents, Staff, and Friends of Oak School,
The Spring Auction is Oak's annual fundraiser. Our 2022 event is set for Saturday, April 30, 2022, 6-10 PM, and will take place at Saratoga Springs, 22801 Big Basin Way, Saratoga. There is a Silent Auction online, which will feature items in many categories, such as gift certificates to local restaurants, sporting event tickets, parties hosted by Oak families for kids, adults, and families, as well as a variety of Oak Features such as front row seats at graduation and Librarian for the Day. There is also a Wine Wall and Live Auction component, which you can only participate in if you attend the Auction.You will be served a buffet dinner and open wine and beer bar, dance to DJ-provided music, mingle with other guests, and bid on the wonderful auction items.The funds raised from the auction will go directly to Oak students and classrooms.

The auction committee has an impressive variety of fun silent auction items as well as some coveted live auction packages that are sure to create a sensation at our event! If you are unable to join us on April 30th at our Roaring 20's Lawn Party at Saratoga Springs, you can still participate in the auction with Online Bidding.
Make sure to register as a bidder. Whether you are attending the event or planning to place your bids from home all participants must register as an online bidder. at the here on Online Bidding Site. Online bidding registration requires you to provide your email address, mobile phone number and credit card information. A word of caution to anyone who has a Greater Giving Account from previous years but needs to reset your password. Be careful to note that once you go through the process of resetting your password the website will load the last event you were registered for, probably the 2019 or 2020 auction. Make sure you reload the page using the current Online Bidding Site for this year before logging in!

Come see all the wonderful parties, Oak presents activities, merchandise, getaways, sports tickets, and more! There is something for everyone. The catalog can be viewed on our Event Website with a drop down menu to view items by category. The Online Bidding Site is also open for preview and you can also view auction items here by category using the menu in the top left corner.
