Spartans Sports Camps - Sports Specific Camp
Each Sports Specific Camp is run by the MVHS coaches and student athletes for the sport. The morning is focused on skill-work and the afternoon on tactics and competition. There is also an hour of "Cross Training," which allows campers to play a different sport (such as capture the flag) or go swimming. Certificate good for one week of camp. New this year: campers in football, basketball, and soccer camps will receive a custom Spartans Sports Camp ball.

Spartans Sports Camps - Strength and Conditioning Camp
This camp will cover multiple areas in improving athletic performance. We will be teaching you how to improve strength, speed, agility, and flexibility and how to prevent ACL injuries. As for the weight room, you will learn proper form to prevent injuries with an emphasis on how to squat efficiently. Outside we will instruct proper running form, how to change direction quickly, plyometrics, and how to stretch correctly. One of the main things you will come away with is how to take care of your body and become the best athlete you can be. Certificate good for one week of camp.

Spartans Sports Camps - Cheerleading Camp
New this year! This camp is designed to educate young girls and boys in the sport and performance of cheerleading. It is open to beginner through intermediate cheerleaders. Your child will learn game cheers, stunts, tumbling and a halftime performance dance. We will separate the camp into beginner and intermediate levels, according to the number enrolled in camp. There will be a performance at the end of the week to showcase what the campers have learned. Certificate good for one week of camp.
