Dear Oak Parent,







Thank you for purchasing an item(s) at the Oak 2011 Spring Auction and Carnival.







To claim your items please read the following instructions. Your bill must be paid in full before item(s) can be picked-up. 







Item pick-up will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room and times are:







Monday, May 9th from 2:00pm to 3:30pm



Tuesday, May 10th  from 8:15am to 8:45am, 2:15pm to 3:30pm



Wednesday, May 11th from 8:00 am to 8:45am, 11:30pm to 12:30pm







You may pay via check (made out to Oak PTA note: Auction) or pay via formsite at the following link, https://fs6.formsite.com/oakpta/form11/secure_index.html







All items must be paid for and picked up by Wednesday, May 11th.  Party spots will be made available to people on the wait-list if payment is not received by May 11th. Wine from the wine wall will be delivered to your home.  Parties not sold out will be available for sign ups.
